Casey joined Alpha SAR in March 2018. In college at Oklahoma State University, she was apart of a fire protection and safety society. This really sparked her interest in all the opportunities as a first responder. After moving to Texas, she was looking for something to do with her high energy canine, Abigail, that also involved the skills she knew from her fire protection and safety group.

She knew someone on the Alpha SAR team and decided to join a training. She met our team who didn’t hesitate to answer any of her questions. The rest is history.

Casey has an associates degree in Animal Science and bachelor’s degree in Studio Art, which sparked a passion for photography that her goofy and fun loving Australian Shepherd happily assists with every chance she gets.
