Ashley joined the team in July 2021.  She has an undergraduate degree in Sociology and Criminal Justice and a Masters’ in Child Advocacy and Policy. SAR has always been of interest to her but the right dog hadn’t come along until she found Delta Dawn. Growing up with a grandfather with Alzheimer’s, Ashley can empathize with families who have a loved one that has wandered away. She has been a teacher for 16 years and most recently was promoted to Behavior Interventionist. She grew up as a helper and SAR is an opportunity to serve and give back to her community.
